AEC Guild Bank 2.0

You might have noticed that the guild bank has been cleaned out and rearranged.

Finally.
With this, I would like to offer some suggestions as to what not to deposit into the bank...
(See the big "not"?...........................................................^^^^^^^^^........ Just so we're clear). ;-)

  • Reputation Shit. (If you want rep so bad, go grind.)
  • Vanilla/TBC Herbs. (Furthermore, I don't want to see any herbs sitting in the bank that are NOT used for flasks.)
  • Vanilla/TBC Enchanting Mats. (These are outdated and useless in comparison. Keep them on a bank alt if you want to save them for someone to level off of.)
  • Elixirs. (Flasks are more efficient then these things can shake a stick at. Also, if someone needs DEF, Hit, Expertise, etc... first off they need to L2GEAR, otherwise they can acquire these on their own.)
  • No already cut gems. (Enough people in the guild have all of the cuts, if your leveling your JC, just AH your products. Cut gems rarely get used from the guild bank.)
  • No crystallized anything. (Eternals only, if you need a couple crystallized just take the whole eternal.)
  • No random food, cooked or otherwise. (Fish Feasts are provided for guild raids, both 10 and 25 man. Therefore Nettlefish, Glacial Salmon, and Musselback Sculpin are highly encouraged to be deposited. If people need specific foods for stats, they can acquire those on their own.)
  • N o Vanilla/TBC BoE Gear. (It's all crap.)
  • No Vanilla/TBC Enchanting Scrolls and/or shitty scrolls. (Use your brain here folks, I don't wanna see stacks of worthless resilience scrolls anymore.)
  • No Vanilla/TBC Armor/Weapon Item Enchants. (Garbage.)
  • Misc. Mats. (Again, use your brain here. I'm saying, deposit things like Crusader, Runed, and Frozen Orbs, Icy Dragonscales, Chilled Meat, Actic Fur, etc.)
  • Shitty Ammo. (Anything less then Saronite Razorheads and Mammoth Cutters are garbage.)
Whew. What a mouthfull.

All of that said, I will update this as needed.

Also. Tab's ONE and TWO are now accessible by all raiders, casual and core!

On a side note, keep the mats for the Fish Feasts plentiful and we'll always have them for raids. Keep the herbs the same way and we'll always have plenty of flasks.

Buying stuff from the Guild Bank...
Most items inside the guild bank are for sale at half of the current going price of the auction house! (The only current exclusions are Crusader Orbs's and Trophies of the Crusade. If you want one of these, contact Zoquara or Fendi.)
Example: I want a Flask of the Frost Wyrm. The current going price in the AH is 80g. The GB price for you then becomes 40g.
Just ask an officer to hook you up!

Authenticators!

Getting hacked sucks. Ask Roguefighter. LOL.

This causes all sorts of problems for that person, the guild, and possibly other people.

Blizzard offers something called an Authenticator. For less then $10.00 you can secure your account and guard yourself from hackers.

Blizzard also offers, for free, an Authenticator application for the iPhone/iPod Touch. Apple users, you have no excuses.

In order to further encourage the use of these amazing account security devices I am offering you a bonus 500 EP if you snap a picture of yourself with your Authenticator (both keychain version and/or application versions) and toss it up on the website. I have already done so myself! The iPhone app is too cool! That little keychain is way easy to use, it has one button. You can't go wrong!

This will be a standing offer, account security is important to the guild. We want to make sure that your experiences with us are safe for us and you!

Raid Schedule

I started to post a raid schedule and decided "Fuck it".

Lapointe will be leading a 10-man raid every night from 6p server til 9p on weekdays, 12p on weekends.
I will be leading raids as often as I can from 7:30p til whenever we run out of steam.
The location will be up to the raid leader to determine, and can be anything from a Naxx10 achieve run, to a ToC10 progression run.
On Fridays, we will team up with another guild or PuG for 25-man runs. Times, places, etc are not yet decided.

I'd like to thank everyone for their patience through these past few (dead) weeks, and here's looking to a more fun, productive future!

Also: running your alts will be at the raid leader's discretion. If they say "no alts" please respect that. We may organize alt runs for fun anyways.

Yes, you read that right, a . Your very own bike to drive around. Or sell. Or do whatever you want with.

The contest entries will not be cheap. You'll get to pick 1 number between 1 and 100 (or maybe 1000, depending on the number of entries) for every X amount of items you donate. Donations will be things like: Flasks, epic gems (uncut), epic leg armors, scrolls with useful enchants (armor and weapon)... Think of things that are hugely beneficial to the raid. I'll try to think of something from each crafting profession (Sorry, but there's a REALLY good chance engineering will get left out.) and at least one thing from each gathering profession.

So, watch the site for more details within the next week, and start stockpiling! I'll announce the contest length at a later time.

On Sunday, I will remove all characters who've been offline for more than 2 weeks, unless there's a reason that person hasn't been online and their class officer knows it. I WILL NOT BE WARNING OF THIS AGAIN. I'll just clean up as the mood hits.
